About us
A full system of Tai Chi offering a full system of martial art and health promotion to the people of Nottingham.
We offer all five aspects of Wudang Tai Chi Chuan and can offer a service to people of all ages and ability. Students can train as little or as hard as they wish in a friendly atmosphere. Sifu Andrew Harris has a master level 7 teachers grade in Practical Tai Chi Chuan International and is also a grade A instructor member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
